TokenFlux provides a unified API gateway for AI inference across multiple model providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our services, including the TokenFlux Portal, public website at tokenflux.ai, and developer documentation at tokenflux.ai/docs.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information that is necessary to operate, secure, and improve the platform:

• Account information – username, email address, and password credential data when you create or manage an account.
• Billing details – purchase and transaction metadata. Payment-card and billing details entered during hosted checkout are processed by our payment provider rather than by the TokenFlux Portal.
• Service usage data – API requests, model selections, latency, token counts, and other telemetry required to operate and monitor the TokenFlux platform.
• Support communications – messages and information you send to support@tokenflux.ai.

We do not store customer-provided API prompts or model outputs beyond what is required to deliver the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve support issues.

How We Use Information

1. Deliver and maintain the TokenFlux services, including authentication, authorization, and usage tracking.
